We have suspended taking new clients, except for the months of November 2022 and January 2023
We love meeting new dogs and their hoomans and hate turning them away but due to unprecedented high demand we are not taking new clients for 2022 so we can concentrate on our existing clients and make sure they can have a holiday with us.

We advise existing clients book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment, we are already taking bookings for 2023 for existing clients.

We have a total of eight private rooms in the hotel, these can be for single or family group bookings, all dogs are welcome as long as they are not noisy or destructive as this is not fair on our other guests. All dogs need to be safe with people.

Charges explained
• Boarding charges are based on a 24 hour rate
Deposits
• We ask for a deposit of 50% per dog to be paid on booking.
• We cannot take provisional bookings.
Minimum Charges
• We cannot take one night bookings at weekends during peak times, there is a minimum booking for weekends of four nights during peak season.
During the School holidays and the Christmas/New Year period, we do not accept weekend only bookings - meaning Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.
• If you want to book for the weekend only during peak times and are not a regular customer , we will be able to accommodate, although there will be a minimum charge of 4 days.
FINAL PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CASH, CARD Final payment must be made on arrival
