We have a total of eight private rooms in the hotel, these can be for single or family group bookings, all dogs are welcome as long as they are not noisy or destructive as this is not fair on our other guests.

​All dogs need to be safe with people.

Six small dogs are accepted into home boarding. Home boarding need to be 100% sociable with other dogs, non destructive and 
Once these spaces are full we cannot accept anymore dogs.

50%  non refundable deposit required on booking (deposits can be transferred to future bookings if cancelled 2 weeks in advance)

Any AM drop offs between our opening hours of 10am-11am or PM collections between our opening hours of 5pm-6pm does incur a £35 non-negotiable daycare charge as we do need time to ensure all areas of accommodation are clean and ready for welcoming the next guest into our care.

Deposits
•  We ask for a deposit of 50% per dog to be paid on booking.

• We cannot take provisional bookings.

Minimum Charges

• We cannot take one-night bookings at weekends during peak times, there is a minimum booking for weekends of four nights during peak season.
During the School holidays and the Christmas/New Year period, we do not accept weekend only bookings - meaning   Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.
FINAL PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CASH OR CARD and Final payment must be made on arrival
